Introduction

This is my second media blog, however this blog is going to be used for my A2 work. For A2 Media we are creating a short film or a music video. Both tasks include a choice of three subsidiary tasks, which you can choose a minimum of two tasks to complete. 
I have chosen to create a music video along with the subsidiary tasks as I think I can create a better outcome for a music video rather than a short film.

The music video subsidiary tasks are:

• A digipack for the albums release
• Magazine advertisement for the digipack
• A website homepage for the band

I have chosen to complete two of the three options, the digipack and magazine advertisement. I have chosen these because I am very comfortable using Pixlr, which I plan to use for editing the photos for both of the tasks. I think this is better than using something I am not as familiar with because it will take longer to learn how to use the software. I have previously created a magazine article and edited photos for it, therefore I can put some techniques I used for that into the making of the subsidiary tasks.
